Quickcast Max Range Bug

Hey guys,

There's a pretty big issue with quick cast at the moment. I've only tested with Viscous but:

If I Puddle Punch at a location in range (we'll call this location #1), then try to puddle punch somewhere that's very clearly out of range, the puddle punch appears at location #1.

If I run WAY OUT OF RANGE of location #1, I can puddle punch somewhere out of range and it will still appear in location #1.
