Quickbuy triggers on right click when editing build

When editing a build the right click can be used for removing the item or updating annotation. But now with the latest update this right click also triggers the quickbuy functionality which feels buggy since it's two completely different interactions happening at once. It doesn't make sense to use quickbuy in editing mode anyway, so it should be disabled during that.

I've already got a bad association with quickbuy, just because of this. makes me not even want to interract with it ingame
