Quickbuy List shows up when not being hovered. I think Invisible Cursor

When there are items selected for quickbuy, there is an invisible cursor that can sometimes hover over the list making it so your gun can't be shot. In the video attached you can hear the sound of not being able to afford an item even though my cursor isn't visible.
