QueuePresentAndWait is freezing my game endlessly, please help

Ive been trying to get help with this for weeks but no matter what i do i cannot get the game to stop lagging after one game played. Every match after the first i play is unplayable because of spam flooding my console for a reason i cannot determine.
attached is just one example of dozens.

after every lag spike, this message will pop up in my console, usually multiple times in a row per spike.

How do i fix this???

Things i have tires

1. Validating game files
2. Uninstalling and reinstalling
3. Moving the game from an extended storage onto my C:/ drive
4. Changing my shaders from Dx11 to Vulcan
5. Updating all of my drivers
6. Updating windows

This is the 3rd time ive gotten banned because I physically cannot play the game, am i just supposed to suck it up and struggle with the game until i lose??? this needs to be fixed asap
