Queued for a game, couldn't connect, then got a dodge timer after next game got remade

I queued for a game tonight and after getting the loading screen, I got put back into hideout with the option to rejoin or abandon. Clicking rejoin only resulted in the same loading screen and getting put back in the hideout again. After going through this loop several times I got put back in the hideout with the "You may leave this game without penalty" message and clicked leave game and ended up back in hideout in default state. I queued for a game again and this time I reached the pregame lobby but one of the enemies didn't connect, causing a remake. Then I got put back in the hideout and hit with a 10ish minute matchmaking ban, very frustrating.

This happened to me exactly. I just want to play deadlock

same thing just happened to me but I was able to rejoin after restarting the game and trying a couple more times, the game didn't start yet and there was another player that couldn't join so the match got canceled. still got a 15 min ban for some reason even tho it's the game's fault? now I'm scared the same thing will happen and I'll get an even longer ban.
