Puddle Punch doesn't work with melee charge anymore. It worked upon release of the Shop Rework patch, but it no longer applies the bonus damage. Video to show. I hit the yamato twice with a T3 Puddle Punch, and the first hit does the exact same damage as the second hit. Despite this, Melee Charge still "activates" and goes on cooldown.
