Public guides aren't visible sometimes

I wanted to share a guide with a friend, but even though it's public for me, my friend can't find it at all.
Furthermore, some sort of feature where you can filter by friends' builds would be nice in the future.

I have this bug as well I really hope they take a look at it. I wanted to show friends a Warden Build but apparently only I can see it.
