This item would add extra choices for customizing builds , allowing you to upgrade active items before buying them.
Talisman Amplifier - 500 cost spirit item
+2 spirit power
Passive : whenever you buy an active item , destroy this and imbue that active item with +20% healing amplification , cooldown reduction , duration , range and 20 spirit power.
It would not be used retroactively , meaning you can buy a Healing Rite before this item , then Healing Nova to upgrade that.
Buying 3 of those would not be as efficient as buying a single 1250 cost active , but takes less room.
It would be more useful on expensive active items such as the Silencer.
