Priority bug again. Cannot get Rem despite no Rem in the match.

You said you reverted the change where priority doesn't matter/matters very little. But I still have issues with it.

I am queuing Rem on top prio and three others on lowest prio. Several times the past few hours I have gotten my lowest priority heroes instead of Rem, despite no one else in any of these matches playing Rem. This seems like an obvious bug. I thought maybe there was a buffer to not get the new heroes too many times in a row?, though it has happened several times in a row that I don't get Rem despite no one else playing him, so that can't be the case either. Pls fix I want to play Rem, at the very least when no one else is playing him... I have literally been unable to play him for hours even though no one else is queuing him.

Just for reference, this is what my roster has looked like for all of my matches. I have circled the games where there is no Rem and I still didn't get Rem. You can see at what time this issue begins as well, with the first Kelvin game at 7:54 AM. Before that time, I obviously got Rem a lot, and whenever I didn't, it was because someone else did. But after that, I just barely get him even if no one else gets him either.

Just had a match where I queued Graves highest prio and a friend queued rem highest prio and the game had neither hero in it. Match ID: 54077248. It's still a frequent issue

This issue is still ongoing. Queued Rem top prio in all these matches, no Rem in the games, no Rem ban, still didn't get him. Just ridiculous
