Primary fire delay during sliding

If you are holding your primary fire and slide, there is a long delay until your character starts firing during the slide.
If you slide and then start holding down the primary fire during the slide, your hero will start firing immediately, with no delay.

It also happens if using shiv's knives. I have rapid reload on the knives, and i will empty his gun then knives and...it stutters for almost 2s. That is not rapid reloading.
