this can be tested by having the lobby preparation, in the lobby you can press the Unstick Hero but nothing will happen, despite the deny sound. This deny sound is heard by everyone in the match
you can guarantee to do this in the pre game lobby state or while at zipline or dead. Basically any moment that Unstick will not work.
