Premade duo Dynamo assigned different lanes - 7 games in a row

Playing with a friend, we always end up having to ask someone to swap. There's even cases where Dynamo gets assigned the solo lane, despite the recent patch.
Here are the seven game IDs:

This happened to me so many times too. So annoying. I should be able to LANE with my DUO in unranked games.

This happens to me in every single match. My friend is starting to think they are doing it on purpose.

Happens every match. I can't even remember when we laned together the last time. We're at a point where we just leave the match when the team is not ready to switch lanes for us to be on the same one. Really the biggest issue in the game for me right now.
