pre nerf melee item

Please add an item into the game that gives heroes the pre nerfed versions of the charge attacks. The speed looks so cool and it would be a good item. It can be a tier 4 if it's too busted.

I think at best a nerfed version of the same thing could work as a Tier 4 item of some sort. The original un-nerfed function would just be way too powerful for a game like this with the way it's balanced even at Tier 4.

EDIT:

It should also be an active item of some sort IMO, forcing you to have to enable that movement function before you even do it in the first place.
