So the pre-game lobby had 5v6. There was no sign of another person joining as they usually show the disconnecting symbol then load. I left the game and joined que again. I joined the SAME lobby. This time I stayed for about 2-3 minutes. The game went to a Victory screen and I went back to the main menu. I am now banned or 1 hour because of this. I have checked my Match history and it doesn't show.
