Pre-define skill to be imbued on the Item Build level

Would be pretty neat to save a couple of clicks (and prevent possible misclicks) in case you imbue the same skill every time

P.S. Might sound like a topic for 'General Feedback', but wondering if this gets any traction here

Its gonna be broken with each patch, so probably we wont get that before release
