Ran into this annoying bug last night.
I was playing as Ivy, purchasing a great deal of gun items to try to get to her weapon power spike. Weapon still wasn't doing much damage. Didn't realize until the end, but in the lower left, the meter was as if I had spent nothing on weapon upgrades. GF
Match: 65991648
As you can see in the lower left, I have many orange items, and 3 green items, but my power spikes show I have no orange items whatsoever, and a *ton* of purple items.
Afterwards I went into a private bot match and the issue was replicated more or less, with the power meters for each category not matching what I had purchased in any meaningful way.

Match: 65996090
Again, in the lower left, I have 6 orange items. However, the meters show as me having a tiny amount spent in orange, and then more spent in green and purple, despite having no investment in either.
This resulted in me being significantly under-powered in late game relative to the amount of souls I had spent. The gun was noticeably weaker than it should have been. Might not have won me the game, but I know power spikes only become more important at higher ELOs. Seems like a significant bug.
