POV Bug (caused by lag, or freeze during gameplay)

when i get a high ping and the game froze for a moment my pov would look like the screnshot below.
this can only be fixed if i got killed, or sometime if i got lucky i can fix it by using zipline.

i don't use rightclick, if i clicked aim (right click) it would zoom even further.
