Potentially Game losing bug with Doorman: Lost access to the Doors skill for the rest of the game, persisted after death.

Good morning, not sure what triggered this, but i was unable to use the second skill of Doorman for the duration of an entire game. This continued even after death, and stopped once the match was over. Wasn't really a problem relating to bindings, as you can see.
