EDIT: Timeouts were due to an incorrectly implemented mod. I uninstalled and full cleansed erased the files from my PC, then reinstalled. Solution found!
So today I had played through an entire match of Vs. Bots and somehow, I received a Queue Timeout twice today. Both matches went off without a hitch, so I don't really understand what would prompt a Queue Timeout.
