Its very clear to me, and a lot of others that Mirage is underwhelming in his current state. Heres a few ideas of what you could do to Mirages abilities to make him "more fun"
The beetles could be used as more of a tool than a damage amp. You could fire a swarm of beetles (same hitbox size but more beetles) and enemies it hits are revealed to you through walls. Maybe their aim is also thrown off similar to bell? There is a bunch of beetles in their face after all. They could still heal but it would make more sense if the swarm helaed overtime, which doesnt help Mirage in teamfights, considering youre constantly taking some amount of damage.
Dust Devil is pretty solid i think, being able to recast and giving the ability more damage and bullet evasion was very good for him. To overhaul this ability even more, it could reduce their vision? Maybe if thats too strong to just add on, remove the lift? It would make more sense if they were blinded by a literal dust storm.
I LOVE THE MARK!!!!! I see people wanting to change the mark, but I think the core of this character is the mark and how it functions. Building these new abilities around the mark would benefit his playstyle nuking people with the mark damage.
Ive already made a post about his ult but I will reiterate with some new ideas too. Like ive said his ult is incredibly boring, not only does it not give buffs until upgraded, but it cant be used as an escape tool anymore. I have 2 main ideas
1. If you wanna keep the teleport, have mirage place something on the map that he can teleport to. Maybe have 2 seperate ult cooldowns to place a spot and teleport to one (like placing one only goes on half cooldown instead of full).
2. If you wanna get rid of the teleport, have mirage do something with nashalas power. We know she can create sand and fire, so maybe something that burns or slows? like a full on sandstorm or fire storm could be interesting for mirage. Mark could build up faster during it?
I hope you consider the communities ideas for mirage like youve done for wraith and lash recently. Thank you devs!!!!!!!!!
