After finishing a game, clicking on a player's name simply displays their team's page of post-game accolades. While there is a Report Player button next to this UI, there is no accessible way to click through to their Steam profile - you can either Add Friend or view their Deadlock profile (which also does not really work as of this post).
Usually that does not cause a problem, but in the event that you want to report somebody on Steam for typing "the holocaust did not happen" in-game, this change makes their profile inaccessible for this purpose. I can only report them on Deadlock.
Even though no platform-wide action is ever really taken against racism, it seems like a bad idea to reduce the number of channels reports can be submitted through.
