As i was playing dynamo, i kept losing fps rapidly then quickly recover in a second or 2 during teamfights as well as laning
Possibly random fps drops

played 4 matches yesterday
2 of them were very unstable (one on dx11 (match id 172918), another on vulkan (match id 173099)), and 2 of them are perfectly smooth. Mostly same settings. 3080 ti\5700x.
felt like a server issue for some reason. Fps counter did drop, but it was still higher than 70. Stutters felt worse than this, usually happened in a quick succession, maybe fps counter didn't have enough time to adjust.
