Ported Hero Concept - HoN Nomad

Gun: ???

HoN Nomad Abilities:


1 - Sandstorm

Creates a sandstorm that makes your hero and allies invisible and boosts movement speed and spirit speed in that sandstorm. Also reduces movement slow.

Works like a visible smoke of deceit.

but has a 0.5 second fade time.

It would be cool if the sandstorm would kinda work like a moving volumetric smoke in that enemies may shoot into it to create holes.


2 - True Strike

charge-based ability.

Your hero uses a stamina for free and sprints towards the targetted enemy and immediately Heavy Melee charges and does several melee attacks that pierces through parry.


2 - alt cast - Illusion Strike

charge-based ability.

Your hero goes invisible then spawns an illusion that will use a stamina and sprints towards the targetted enemy and immediately Melee charges but doesn't pierce through parry, then despawns.

The illusion can be killed and takes 50% more damage.


3 - Wanderer

Your hero gains charges as it moves through the map, also gaining a flat 25 charges when melee, 80 charges for super melee and 5 for headshots, 1 for body shots.

At 100 charges, the next damage instance will deal 2x damage.


4 - Edge Counter

"Enters a Counter state for 1 second, becoming immobolized. The first damages or uses an ability or item on you during this state will be nullified, removing debuffs and Stuns for yourself, and counter with a shockwave towards that hero.
The shockwave travels 1000 units and deals 250/450/650 Spirit Damage on impact and Stuns for 2 seconds.

Grants 20% Damage Reduction for the next 5 seconds on expiration, propagating to illusions you spawn while active."

  • Nomad can use items while Edge Counter is active.
max level, edge counter doesn't immobolize Nomad?

This is just a very op parry that works on gun and abilities that returns damage.





Not sure if this hero fits in Deadlock, probably not.
