Poor Server Performance

Had two games today where lobby-wide issues occurred.

1st game (46982341): Performance issues at the start of the match, each player was able to resolve by completely closing the game and reconnecting.

2nd game (46988484): There were slow server frames all match causing fustrating lag, seemingly worsening whenever there was a fight.
