Point Blank on Silver

I'm not sure if it's intended or not but "Point Blank" gives only 20% damage bonus to silver in human and wolf form instead of 50% while "Close Quarters" 2 times less, so 10%. And there's nothing said in tooltip about that.
Moreover, for some reason, it doesn't work on her "Go For The Throat" spell at all, even tho the spell considered melee attack and procs every other item like "Lifestrike" or "Stalker" but no this one which is quite strange in my opinion.

What you said about the damage increases not working on Go For The Throat is correct, but the weapon damage may be incorrect. From my testing, the damage IS increased upon shooting a target.
For clarification, conditional weapon damage increases from Point Blank, Close Quarters, and Opening Rounds aren't added to the Weapon UI. The 20% you see is the 20% Weapon damage gained from investment. This image shows 20% weapon damage from the investment, which would equal about 45~ damage on a single shot if Point Blank didn't work. However, when hitting someone in the practice sandbox, a damage stat of 64~ is observed.
