Pocket Ult blocked by midboss

In a regular match, I attempted to Pocket Ult a couple people doing midboss. As I ulted, I got inside of the Midbosses model and for some reason I did not hit anyone with my ult. I think that Pocket clipped through the midboss, and as a result the Pocket Ult was blocked in all directions by the midboss. I don't know if it is intentional for characters to clip inside monsters like that.

Additionally I was also Bebop uppercut at the same time. It could be possible that Bebop upper cut temporarily canceled my Pocket Ult (it still went on cooldown), or that it pushed my player model temporarily into the Midboss.

Here is the video for reference:

Yes you're right that Midboss should break LOS abilites for Pocket. I think that is intended and it is partly what is happening in the video above. My issue is that I happen to clip into the Midboss, which caused my ult to miss in all directions.

I think in the video there are at least 5 people doing Midboss. There is a Haze and Giest behind me, and a Bebop and Infernous in front of me. Clipping into the Midboss makes me miss everyone (Midbosstanks in all directions). I'd expect that my momentum would be stopped by the Midboss' hitbox (Pocket's player model hitting the Midboss' player model) and I hit half of the people in Midboss. I don't think its intentional that players can get inside the Midboss like that.
