I just had this happen to me in game I don't know how often it happens but I sent out pocket's cloak and I pressed the ability again to teleport but I did not teleport and the timer that shows how long I have left to teleport disappeared. It was towards the end of the timer but I was deffinitely not slowing hex-ed and the timer did not run out unless there is a visual issue with the bar not showing the actual time that is remaining to teleport properly. There was around 1/8th of it left and when I tried to tp it just removed the timer from the screen and did not tp me. You can see in the video that I'm spamming cloak but the timer just disappears and nothing happens.
