Pocket barrage amp allows for reverb to affect affliction (and do tiny damage)

As you can see from the video, affliction (correctly) doesn't proc on affliction, until i hit the target and get barrage amp stacks

My best guess is that the damage is considered from barrage in regards to items proccing but the actual damage calculation is done using the attributes from affliction, which is what causes the proc to occur.
