Right now invites sharing presented on different forums, tg channels and other social media platforms, users send invites to random people, not only to their friends. There are so many examples. Invites become absolutely easy to be acquired. People understand it and understand that even if they will be banned they could start playing the game on second account. It leads to absolutely toxic behavior in almost every(!) game. I am (and not only me) forced to play the game without audio chat at all, because it is unreal to listen to such trash in voice chat. In the nearest future it will also leads to massive problem with cheaters.

It is very sad that you are faced with such a situation. My advice to you is to send a report via the button inside the game. If a person is toxic enough, he will definitely receive punishment. Toxicity has no place in Deadlock.

Regarding the resale of invitations and invites, the restrictions have now been practically lifted. Before that, they were much tougher. Most likely, it was necessary to recruit players for the EU server. I want to believe that after a while the restrictions will tighten again.

Do not get upset and do not react to toxic players, karma will surely overtake them.

I understand about reports. When I played this game for the first time , Deadlock was all about friendly community. Everybody in voice chat was so friendly, assisting you through the game, but right now it absolutely unreal to use voice chat, because every game, at least one of your allies flames their teammates and it is absolutely not comfortable to play the game, because voice chat is very important in such games.

I'm all for sending invites to friends, that's how the system should work, but sending invites to random people causes these issues. And limiting the number of invites can solve this problem. 10 invites will be absolutely enough for player to invite all their friends. But when someone invites 100+ random persons it looks sick.

I'm pretty sure Valve has said they have systems in the backend to prevent abuse like this

So it doesn`t work. Even today I saw the case where admin of TG channel sends invites to everyone who wants the invite. He sends it for the three days almost and people received the game invitation messange on their e-mail

What will happen once the game hits release, here's your free preview.

There used to be a "you two have to have been friends for 30 days" restriction but it was lifted to fill the new matchmaking regions.

I agree that invites must be limited to 5-6 (to make a full team in deadlock with your friend if you want), but unlimited invites lead to reselling and etc.

What's the difference in general, you want to play in the alpha test without cheaters , but cheaters will be inevitable in the release there will be as many of them as in cs2 and dota, which is 80% of users 10% of professional players and 10% of honest ones, the whole main cast is cheaters in the game xD

Valve don't give a shit. The above poster has literally spent the last week bragging about how they have been cheating in all their games and he hasn't been banned at all. And he's one of several: Eastern European degenerates who have no regard for integrity or self-improvement and just cheat while brainwashing themselves into believing that every other player is cheating too so it makes it alright.

Also notice they never stay locked into their own region. Lack of region locking was a huge reason why Dota suffered in North America and a large reason why the WEU servers suffer a large number of low quality games. Cry that I'm racist or whatever but it's the simple flat truth.

Either Valve truly do not care and it's all fucked, or they don't see it as a priority and have observed that cheaters influence such a small pool of games that it doesn't effect the information they want to gather out of this alpha.

Why block cheaters if you can sell cheats and earn extra income?

So you will invite yourself in another account and have infinite invites. This doesn't solve the problem.

By the way, I have invited more than 10 people, as I was a former pro player I know a lot of people who may want to test the game and play at a decent/high level.
