Please let Graves' Grasping Hands be able to be Quick/Instant Casted

Basically the subject, there are a lot of times where I miss out on kills because the confirming for graves grasping hands isn't always as responsive as I wish it was, I think instant or quick casting the ability would help a lot in making it feel more responsive.
