please help there was an internet outage and i got a ban

my internet was acting up really bad
it would be fine for a bit and then i would randomly spike up to 250 ping stable
i was on discord as well and it would spike up to 5000 ms
usually when it does that i know my internet is gonna be out fully
i kept spamming to reconnect but it didnt work
i restarted my router, even my pc trying so hard to reconnect but it was out for about 30 mins
my internet is good now there was an outage around me
please help is there any way the ban can be lifted? i must play the deadlock i love the game so much

I also had and still have issues with connecting to the server after finding a game. I got so many bans for "abandoning" matches I was banned for 5 days once. And now I had to win 8 low prio games. Don't think they've lifted a wrongful ban for anyone yet.
