If there is any degree of match making in hero labs right now, it's not very obvious.
The number of Phantom and Ascendant ranked players I've seen in games with Arcanist > Emissary players is ridiculous.
It's very hard to test and provide accurate hero feedback when there is such a large skill gap between players.
