Players cannot navigate this corner without being blocked seemingly erroneously

I hate this corner, I always get stuck on it and it doesn't look or feel right at all to me.

If this is intentional then I disagree with it

repro steps:

1. open console with F7
2. enter "map dl_streets"
3. go to the area between yellow and green lane on amber side
4. try to walk past this corner while hugging it
5. get stuck
