Player getting locked into slide animation and sliding all the way into the guardian

I can't access replays for some reason but if you watch the replay you will see that in the beginning of the match, warden is fighting in front of our mid guardian when suddenly he gets locked in a slide/prone animation and begins sliding upwards into the guardian where he dies.
