Player avoiding Death Slam with 100% success rate, without any items or abilities to avoid said Death Slam

Encountered this super weird bebop player today, where he could avoid every single one of my Death Slams by doing some weird teleport thing that looked like he was cheating. Not sure if bug or cheat so reporting here nonetheless

He is also teleporting through walls at around 29:00. Haven't watched the whole replay, so he might have some movement cheat or exploit

bumping as this happened in another one of my games, Match ID: 32384457
mo somehow escaped death slam even though it was confirmed on him, it teleported him somewhere else. this happened about 10-15 seconds before the match was over
