Description: Trying to drag the scrollbar in the 'play with friends' list with your mouse as opposed to scrolling with the scrollwheel causes a failed assertion every few rows scrolled.
This is different from the other discussed bugs (shaking list when dragging to bottom or outright failing to scroll past 'S' named friends) in that this happens whenever you drag it in any direction, even if you do not trigger those aforementioned bugs.
