Plated armor does not stop mirage's djinn marks stacks from increasing

It seems to deflect damage, but stacks always increase.

I think it's bcs Mirage 3rd skill, it's not on-hit effect, in the discription we see "apply an increasing mupltiplier".
That's the skill, not the bullet
