Pickup UI scaling issues

As shown in this image below, there are a couple issues with the animated UI when picking up a buff/item (the ones that appear in destructible vases and crates). First, the text is kind of blurry when scaled up. Second, you can see on the sides of the asset that the left side of the hero portrait and the right edge of the text in this popup UI are cut off. This is likely because the panel dedicated to rendering this UI is not big enough to display some of the longer text, especially the "+X% Weapon Damage" text.
