Phase shift 1250 Vitality active item

Basically a lesser version of Ethereal Shift. You can freely move while it is active and bullets pass through you. AOE skills can still damage you, but you cannot be selected as a targer(like for Mo & Krill ultimate).

Hard to find a difference from debuf remover. You can interrupt most of the "targeting" skills (yes you can't do this with Mo & Krill ult). May be its better to make it work like an antimage counterspell ability?

Sorry if you got confused, but untargetable means that bebob cant put a bomb on you, but a bomb already on you WILL deal dmg to you, so basically how i see this used is when you are running in a corridor from someone, you can activate the item and run straight through the enemy ignoring their bullets and skills. Think of it like Dark Willow`s shadow realm from dota 2. That said i like the idea of counterspell like item.

Or the item (cant remember name) with the passive that absorbs one ability every x seconds.

Shadow Realm works 6 seconds. You want duration like 0.2 sec. For example Yamato second skill has very big skill radius so in your case this item can't save at all. May be it shoul work as proposed upper. Enemies can select you as target, but use of skill does nothing to you

Yeah didn`t think about it that much. I guess making it 1-2 second will be good.

This would have to have a far higher cooldown in order to be balanced as a tier 2. Those stats are also pretty high, especially for that kind of active effect.

Sub 1 second durations are the only way this kind of item could be balanced.
