Phantom strike doesn't work on mina

Phantom strike in its item description says that it will drag down players onto the floor. This does not happen if you do it to mina while she ults. As far as I know Mina is not unstoppable during her ult.

Funny but no. She already has an incredibly powerful ult. Phantom strike is one of like 2 items that allows close range characters to actually stand a chance against flyers. Mina should not get a free pass.

Phantom strike is extremely overpowered as is. That's my problem.

Yes, the ult that does current health damage, builds her passive on hits, and silences you for as long as your bring hit. The ult that also stacks to last longer based off of mina's passive which as previously stated the ult applies.

who is guy? mina's boy toy? why are we going to bat for china's newest icbm when she has it good as is? great really. phantom strike is really powerful but why is mina pseudo unstoppable in ult? seems like this guy bronze_tito knows what is up and chud pepzii is crying wolf to the world.

A lot of things unfortunately don't drag Mina down. Lash slam notoriously doesn't pull her down either.
