Phantom Strike should be upgradeable item from Melee Lifesteal > Lifestrike > Phantom Strike.
Colossus should be upgradeable item from Melee Charge > Colossus.
Colossus should have debuff resist or parry immunity while activated.
Parry immunity belongs to unstoppable and debuff resist is a very different item. I think this would make already good items too good by removing a slot requirement.

Because they only serve to make higher tier items even more expensive. This should only be reserved for items that need to be more expensive because of balancing reasons, not just because we feel like it.
