I encounter the same cheater consistently once a day, yet they are still not banned, even though 50% of the lobby, if not more, reports them. Why are complaints not being reviewed? The player has an obvious wallhack, and if you're unwilling to review the demos, I can simply provide timestamps where it's clearly visible. But please, do something about it. I’d like to point out that this player already has a VAC ban on their Steam profile.

14:17–14:32 - Runs and tracks Bibop through walls.
18:00–18:20 - Observing through walls.
20:00–20:07 - Shoots through the void at Pocket.
22:47–22:52 - Attempts to shoot through a wall.
22:50–22:57 - Anti-hook and auto-parry.
These are the most apparent moments of cheat usage in this round. There are plenty of other instances, but I’ve highlighted just a few. Additionally, the person is clearly using an aimbot.
I’m tired of putting up with this and decided to write here so you could address this issue as quickly as possible. It seems to me that in-game reports don’t have any real effect
