Consistently while using Billy's one or sometimes while heavy meleeing if you are hit with CC or interrupted for any other reason. (Wraith ult is a consistent trigger from my memory) your camera pov remains in the zoomed out position. Sometimes its a slight change other times it is quite noticeable. Can also trigger on round pause if you are in middle of ramming. In addition upon death the issue resolves itself or sometimes landing either abilities normaly afterwards can fix the pov. Unsure if spectator cam consistently shows effect but in case here is match id. 50306952
