Permanently Disarmed - Viktor ultimate death while holding urn

I just found a bug in matchID 49499942. I was permanently disarmed as Viktor by dying while holding the urn. I was disarmed for minutes and the only thing that fixed it was getting knocked down by a walker. Debuff remover and maxed out viktor 2 ability did not remove the disarm.

On second watch, I think it happened because I delivered the Urn while dead. When I respawned with the ult, after delivering the urn while dead, the disarm from urn carrying never went away
