I got banned forever, but I did not use and do not use cheats, how do I even understand this?

text chat is visible in match replays. click your name in the main menu and go to match history. when you click a match, the id will be in the corner for your to copy.
you then go to watch, paste the id in the search and download the replay

why should I watch my recording? I don't even know what the ban was for, I have a restriction until the 30th for toxicity, but this shouldn't have affected the game search

I just spent a few hours trying to find the rando who invited me to the beta when I asked for an invite months ago and I'm pretty sure they got banned which resulted in my account being flagged as well.

I'm sure it's a mixed bag.
Looking through all the perma-ban complaints on the forum definitely a LOT of people who are just slinging incoherent insults and slurs in broken english that almost definitely deserved it but it sucks being locked out of the game right now after I grinded my way up to phantom 3 & played with my friends everyday.
