As someone who's been perma'd since August of '24. I've never seen them respond to one of these threads whether indirectly or directly.
I imagine anyone who gets banned won't be able to get any sort of direct help until an appeals system is impemented....eventually.
Which is a bit of a bummer as I felt like my conduct was(although very far from perfect) significantly less worse than things I've seen players either recieve no action for, temp bans, or a communication ban(which they had not implemented back then), and I'd like a chance to plead my case. Though I'm certainly not going to say I'm owed a chance, I'd just appreciate it.
