Perma Banned because the game is consistently crashing?

I got Perma banned after my game crashed 3 times during 1 match, i still was rejoining after the crash, i even finished the game but after the game was finished i couldnt que at all, that where i saw that i got perma banned. Match 17500396. According to this thread, ive seen a lot of people having the same problem as me which is game crashing without any errors.

dude i have the same problem i crashed 7 times in a row!!!! cuz i was trying to rejoin and end up getting banned for 24H, its funny none of the developers seems to give a single fuck about this crashing problem i even DM 2 developers and still no response funny how they ignoring us and not even give a feed back for this problem i was so excited about this patch and now i dont even want to play deadlock anymore tanks to the support team
