I wanted to try the new patch (haven't played in a few weeks) and I am having some really bad performance issues. During team fights my frame rate will dip down to 30 or 40 fps and it will feel very stuttery and difficult to play. This is the case even on the bare minimum graphics settings. I checked my GPU and it is maxxed out 100% all the time, even while standing idle in base. I have a decent GPU, AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT, and was always able to run the game with no problems whatsoever. I saw another user recently post about this issue with the same GPU as me also, so I don't believe it's an issue with my setup.
