Performance Issues after playing more than 1 game in a row

Whenever I play more than one game in a row without restarting the game, the game starts stuttering heavily, most often during fights/moments of high action.

I've tried lowering settings but this does not fix the issue.

If I restart the game and launch it again instantly everything works fine.
 
I have the same issue after playing more than one game, the stutter is exactly like the ones that happen when preloading shaders on game launch.

I posted another topic with my console output during one of the stutters, not sure if it's actually relevant
