Pausing causes any floating soul orbs in the air to keep floating up even while the game is paused.

I recently had a game where a graytalon bird killed my teammate next to me and the game was paused right after just as I was about to deny the souls that came out of my dead teammate. When the game unpaused, all the souls that came out had disappeared.
I tested it in an offline sandbox game and it seems like souls will continue to float up infinitely as long as the game is paused. People can abuse this by pausing after every kill of a player or a walker just so the orbs cannot be denied.
